The screen is made up of three panels which, in the upper section, recall the shape of a lyre. Each panel is inserted into the main frame which has two vertical supports at the sides. This is covered with strips of leather, some of which are decorated with images in gilt sheets, produced with a stamping die.
The rotation mechanism, in the reconstruction, has a hinge which allows the panels to be placed one on top of the other and lie completely flat when the screen is not in use. A plaque, at the top and bottom of each panel, is fastened into each hole with a ball nut.
The lower part of each panel is lightened by the arched shape, placed in such a way as to balance the curve.
